I am guessing that you’ve seen my wedding gallery and read the short version about my approach to wedding photography, but you’d like to read the long version? Fabulous!
You already know that I love love. I one hundred percent believe that love is one of the most amazing things about being a human. It give us strength, it makes us better people and it makes us do crazy things like bind ourselves to one person until the end of our days. Love is crazy, love is stupid, but most of all love is really awesome. Like Saturday nights spent watching 80s movies awesome – and we all know that’s pretty awesome! In all seriousness though, a marriage is a commitment that two people make because they are absolutely, one hundred percent in awesome, crazy, stupid love. Tom me that is a beautiful and immensely inspiring thing. Capturing that beauty is something I am driven to do. Wedding photography isn’t just a job to me. It’s a passion. A real and burning passion to create something tangible reminders of one of this life-changing days that will fly past you. Photographs are a gift that allow you to reach back into those moments and soak them in for the rest of your life.
My style of wedding photography is a combination of photojournalism and natural creative portraiture to create timeless memories that are a true reflection of who you are as people and as a couple. My approach is laid back and unobtrusive, because I believe that wedding days are about you, your family and your friends. Despite that, I know that all the work your have put into your day has been done because those details are important to you, and I view each little moment as an integral thread in the fabric that tells the story of your wedding day. My approach is designed to let me cover every aspect of your day without you having to think about the fact that I am there.
I am committed to each and every couple that books me to be their wedding photographer. I see it as my duty to go above and beyond to make sure that their wedding day is an amazing, sweet experience and that they feel comfortable with me. When booking me you can rest assured that I’m not just a vendor, I am a friend. I am delighted to help you through your planning process, suggest some of my favourite vendors or just have a chat with you about what’s up.
